Back in 2006, I worked for Caritas Switzerland on their Quan Ba Integrated Project in Ha Giang Province. I worked as a facilitator for a community based research project on the culture of the Bo Y, one of the smallest ethnic group in Vietnam, counting only a few hundred members left.
The community based project culminated in a workshop for the inhabitants of Quyết Tiến village in Quản Bạ.
The Bo Y members of the research project then came to Hanoi to present their research findings to NGO workers and government officials.
